The maisonette apartment offers you everything that our studio apartments does:
A comfortable double bed, dining area, sitting area with a flat screen TV and a work area - just with a little more space over two floors

An open staircase leads to the upper floor, here is either the work area or the sleeping area, depending on the apartment - an extra bed can be booked on request

The spacious built-in wardrobe with room safe offers plenty of storage space
The bathroom has a bathtub, towels and a hair dryer are also available

All maisonette apartments have their own balcony with a table and chairs

For stays of more than 7 nights, weekly cleaning and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price

Especially advantageous for longer stays: your own mailbox and intercom

Washing machines & dryers as well as irons & ironing boards are located in the basement 

Parking spaces in the car park, at the basement of the house, can also be booked depending on availability - it is best to contact us directly when booking
